Our Apart Hotel is located at only 10 minutes from Circuito Chico entrance route, 10 minutes from Llao Llao Hotel and Port Pañuelo – lake excursions by ferry to Isla Victoria, Bosque de Arrayanes, Port Blest – 10 minutes from Cerro Campanario, 25 minutes to Cerro Otto, 35 minutes from Cerro Catedral or from Civic Center in downtown. Near our beautiful Bariloche main tourist attractions.
THE PROPERTY
Our Apart Hotel has a woody area with autochthonous species -coihue, cipres, arrayan, radal- and other zone with gardens.
Our 3 bungalows, strategically placed between those areas, have views to the lake and main hills from all rooms through wide windows.
Lilen Apart Bariloche has double entrance: one at Peninsula San Pedro main avenue and the second at backstreet which ends at lake. There are beaches at 80 and 200 yards from hotel.

BOOKINGS & CHECK-IN
The mínimum stay is 4 nights. Booking shoud be confirmed with a payment of 30 % in advance. Balance due payment when checking in.
